Hi. I’m an adult taking a graphics class and am creating a catalog of Armenian foods as a project. Thanks to you I learned about the symbol of eternity and am using that as inspiration for my logo. Now my professor suggests I use some “Armenian calligraphy” in my logo as well. I looked up the Armenian word for eternity and it is quite long. Do you know anything about the Armenian language? Half Armenian half Irish, wonderful combination 😀 And the project, sounds very interesting. The Armenian eternity symbol has many names, “Arevakhach” (sun cross), “Kerkhach” (crooked cross), “Haverzhutyun Nshan” (eternity sign) and “khach paterazmin” (Cross of War). I personally like Arevakhach the most since it means Sun-cross -> Arev (being the sun) and -khach being the cross. If you want even shorter you could just use the word “Arev” meaning sun. I think it is a beautiful word. They are all parts of the same solar metaphor for eternity, eternal motion of life and revolving universe. Therefore you could also use… Read more »
